7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to file a claim. Claims may take 7–30 business days to process.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
